The Kingsley Clinic

Frequently Asked Questions

The Kingsley Clinic is an online urgent care and family practice office where you are guaranteed to always seen by an MD to help resolve any new symptoms or illnesses.  We are also available to help manage long term, chronic medical conditions.  Our easy to use and secure technology puts you face to face with a doctor without requiring you to leave your home.

The Kingsley Clinic is a new type of telemedicine service.  Many of the large telemedicine services have joined forces with the health insurance industry.  In exchange for higher patient volumes their systems are designed to see as many patients as possible by the least expensive and lowest quality providers they can find.  At the Kingsley Clinic we believe that every patient deserves the time and the full attention of the best Doctors.

  1. We utilize a ground breaking technology, Lilly AI, to ensure that all of your medical history is incorporated into the medical decisions that your Doctor makes.
  2. Our Doctors are paid for their time not per patient.  This prevents turning patient care into a patient factory.  We don’t offer any extra financial bonuses nor any internal awards or accolades for patient volume.
  3. You are guaranteed to see a Doctor who has been carefully vetted for the highest clinical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, and has been educated, trained, licensed and board certified here in the US.

The Kingsley Clinic treats all new and chronic conditions that you or your loved one may have.  However, we are unable to treat any serious medical emergencies or conditions that require emergent surgical intervention.  For any life-threatening conditions, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest hospital.  If you are unsure of whether you or your loved one’s symptoms represent a serious medical emergency, then you can call our Triage Center (800-797-3174) and speak with one of our doctors within minutes.

Please visit our What We Treat section for the full list of symptoms and conditions we treat.
